How do I buy the upgrade licence?
Please use one of the purchase links below and include your existing BreezeBrowser name and registration code so that we can verify your details. You can display your name and registration code by running BreezeBrowser and selecting "Register..." from the "Help" menu. Please cut and paste your details from BreezeBrowser into the purchase form to avoid mistakes. Accurate submission of these details is essential for prompt processing of your order. When you receive your BreezeBrowser Pro registration details please download and install the latest version of BreezeBrowser Pro if you haven't already done so, then run BreezeBrowser Pro and enter your new registration details.
How long will it take to get my new BreezeBrowser licence?
You will normally be sent an email within 12 hours of your payment being accepted. On occasion payments made at weekends may not be processed until the following Monday. The free trial version of BreezeBrowser Pro is fully operational for 15 days.
Note: European Union residents paying through RegSoft will be charged sales tax according to country of residence e.g. UK customers will be charged 17.5% VAT. Companies registered for VAT within the European Union will not be charged VAT when paying through RegSoft provided a valid VAT registration number is supplied on the order form.

All products come with a single user license which entitles you to install the software on up to two machines provided only one copy is used at any given time. For example this means you may install one copy on your desktop PC and a second copy on your laptop. Please see the end user license agreement for further details.
Will Downloader Pro work with BreezeBrowser Pro?
Yes. Please note that in order to launch BreezeBrowser Pro from Downloader Pro you need to use Downloader Pro v1.6 or later. Downloader Pro v1.6 was released on 3 December 2004 and is a free upgrade to all existing Downloader Pro customers. It can be downloaded from the downloads page.
Do I need to purchase an upgrade licence every time a new version of BreezeBrowser Pro is released?
No, your upgrade licence entitles you to 12 month's free updates from the time of purchase. This means you can use any version of BreezeBrowser Pro released within one year of the date you purchased the upgrade.
Can I continue to use BreezeBrowser?
Yes, you may continue to use BreezeBrowser for as long as you like.
Has BreezeBrowser's upgrade policy changed?
No, BreezeBrowser's upgrade policy has not changed. Customers who purchased a license for BreezeBrowser after March 17th, 2003 are entitled to one year's free upgrades from the date of their purchase. Customers who purchased on or before March 17, 2003 are entitled to free upgrades of BreezeBrowser for the lifetime of the product. This does not include free upgrades to BreezeBrowser Pro.
