How do I buy the upgrade license?
Please use one of the purchase links below and include your existing Downloader Pro name and registration code so that we can verify your details. You can display your name and registration code by running Downloader Pro and selecting "Register..." from the "Help" menu. Please cut and paste your details from Downloader Pro into the purchase form to avoid mistakes. Accurate submission of these details is essential for prompt processing of your order. When you receive your Downloader Pro registration details please download and install the latest version of Downloader Pro if you haven't already done so, then run Downloader Pro and enter your new registration details.
How long will it take to get my new Downloader Pro license?
You will normally be sent an email within 12 hours of your payment being accepted. On occasion payments made at weekends may not be processed until the following Monday.

Do I need to purchase an upgrade license every time a new version of Downloader Pro is released?
No, your upgrade license entitles you to 12 month's free updates from the time of purchase. This means you can use any version of Downloader Pro released within one year of the date of your original purchase or when you purchased an upgrade. Please see the upgrade information page for more information about upgrades and to download previous releases of Downloader Pro.
Each BreezeBrowser Pro and Downloader Pro licence is a single user, non-transferable licence. It entitles the licence holder to install the software on up to two computers, provided only one copy is used at any given time. If this purchase is for somebody else you must tell us at the time of order.

VAT for European Union customers: Breeze Systems Ltd is a UK based company registered for VAT. EU businesses will not be charged VAT if they order through RegSoft and provide a valid VAT registration number on the order form. All EU residents will be charged VAT. When VAT is charged an electronic VAT receipt will be provided.
Archiving your software: All products are only available by downloading from our website and are not available on CD. If you wish to make a copy of the installation program for archive purposes you can do this at any time by right clicking the appropriate product download button and selecting "Save Target As..." from the menu. You can then transfer this copy on to a CD or other storage medium, leave on your computer or store a backup on another computer.
