When you decide to buy there is no need to download the software again - simply place your order and then enter your registration code to unlock the software. This "try before you buy" approach allows you to use the software on your system and thoroughly evaluate its usefulness before making a purchase. This is your guarantee that the software will perform to your satisfaction. Refunds are not available once the software has been purchased.

Each DSLR Remote Pro for Windows licence is a single user, non-transferable licence. It entitles the licence holder to install the software on up to two computers, provided only one copy is used at any given time. If this purchase is for somebody else you must tell us at the time of order.

Refund Policy: Please try the software before you buy as refunds cannot be given once the software has been purchased.

Upgrades: All products include one year's free upgrades from the date of purchase. This means you may upgrade to any version released within one year of your purchase. At the end of the year you can continue to use the product for as long as you like. There may be a charge to upgrade to versions released more than one year after your purchase.

VAT for European Union customers: Breeze Systems Ltd is a UK based company registered for VAT. EU businesses will not be charged VAT if they order through RegSoft and provide a valid VAT registration number on the order form. All EU residents will be charged VAT. When VAT is charged an electronic VAT receipt will be provided.

Archiving your software: All products are only available by downloading from our website and are not available on CD. If you wish to make a copy of the installation program for archive purposes you can do this at any time by right clicking the appropriate product download button and selecting "Save Target As..." from the menu. You can then transfer this copy on to a CD or other storage medium, leave on your computer or store a backup on another computer.
